Row colors — overrides the default text color for a specific row. Column colors — overrides it for a specific column. If both are set for a cell, row color wins.

Workflow: fill in rows, click Populate Board to record the establishing clip (blank → full board).
Then change whichever fields you like and click Apply Update to record a second clip that only flips the
changed characters — use that as your "board update" video. Recording is on by default; export is a
browser-native .webm file.
